POSITION OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for the manufacturing and mass-production of the necessary components of our product, the TrailerTail®.  You will produce integral production parts each month that will be the key components of our post-sales customer fulfillment.  Will also perform a key role in the mass-production and assembly of the TrailerTail®.  You will help produce hundreds of units each month that are being installed prominently on tractor-trailers across the country.

Assembly Shop Technician

LOCATION:

Company headquarters in South San Francisco, CA. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Use of basic hand tools (rivet gun, impact wrench, chop saw)
• Ensure proper attachment and orientation of TrailerTail® panels and components
• Package and palletize completed units
• Visual inspection of work to ensure highest quality control
• Visual inspection of packaged units to ensure proper contents
• Communicate effectively with day shift workers and Engineering Manager

• Prior experience and ability with basic machine shop equipment
• Extensive proof of very strong attention to detail
• Impeccable safety and quality records
• Undisputable record of dependability and integrity
• Effective communication skills, eagerness to be trained, demonstrated teamwork
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced start-up environment
• Very strong references
