Andrew Smith, Co-Founder and CEO

Andrew oversees the identification and commercialization of best-in-class products that improve the fuel efficiency of freight transportation. Prior to founding ATDynamics, he worked with General Electric and managed economic development and business strategy consulting projects on four continents, targeting the transportation, manufacturing and energy industries.

Jeff Grossmann, Engineering Manager

Jeff specializes in product design and also manages the production and customer fulfillment of the ATDynamics product line. He consults with fleets to track equipment reliability and performance and serves as a technical contact for fleet needs. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Dartmouth College.

Steven Rodger, Operations Manager

Steve oversees marketing and operations for the company's expanding product portfolio. He also supports corporate accounting and finance. Steve has master's degree in business administration and environmental science, and over a decade of experience in guiding entrepreneurial companies.
